How much does it cost?
Automatic subtitles cost 1$ per hour and premium subtitles are 20$ per hour. We have a minimum payment amount of 0.50$
How long until I receive my subtitles?
If you ordered automatic subtitles you can expect to receive them within 24h of placing your order.
If you ordered premium subtitles you can expect to receive them within 5 buisness days.In what format will I receive my substitles?
You will receive a ".srt" file, which is standard substitles format, that is accepted by the vast majority of video players.
How are automatic subtitles generated?
We are constantly improving our subtitle generating process. However currently we are using Open-AI's whisper transcrption model to transcribe the subtitles. Followed by using Google's api to do the translation
How are premium subtitles generated?
Premium subtitles are carefully translated by a native Japanese speaker
I have a large library if files I would like to translate, can you help?
